Prodigy Surface Tech can plate Type III Grade A soft gold and Type II Grade C hard gold to most surfaces. Our soft gold process is highly suitable for brazing, wire bonding, and soldering, while our hard gold is best suited for electrical contacts and soldering. We have experience with electroless and replacement (immersion) deposition.
